Bookings & Cancellation Policy

All appointments are made in good faith but please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment at short notice, a charge will need to be made. To re-arrange your booking we require at least 72 hours notice.

If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled booking. Deposits are non-transferable if cancellation is made with less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged at the full deposit cost.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full deposit cost.
